I am first of all a literary man: poet, critic and teacher of English literature. I share Ruskin's concerns in the fields of art, architecture, nature and social justice.

Why did you become a Companion of the Guild?

I believe in the relevance of Ruskin's teachings to the world we live in today and wanted to do something useful with that belief.
