Companions, associates, partners and friends of the Guild
The Guild currently has more than 190 Companions; they come from all walks of life, and vary greatly in their areas of expertise, geographical location and age, but what they share is a sympathy for the aims of the Guild and a common interest in Ruskin and his ideas. While we are honoured to have many respected Ruskin scholars among our ranks, the true value of the Companionship is its diversity, including artists, makers, thinkers, writers, enthusiasts, academics, neighbourhood activists, collectors, poets, farmers, ecologists and environmentalists, among others.
