Donating to the Guild
Thank you for considering donating to the Guild of St George (Registered Charity No. 231758). Everything the Guild has, it was given. Our work today is only possible thanks to the generosity and commitment of many people and partners. Companions, associates and friends of the Guild contribute to our work in all sorts of ways. Some become involved or make a donation, as a way of endorsing what we do, without any plans to become more directly involved, and their support is valued by us all.
Many bring their scholarship and expertise, their skills and craft, their research, their time and their energy, and together these contributions are what the Guild is about, and why it works. All of us involved in the Guild are bound together by our desire to make a difference in the world, and our country a better place to live in, and in asking you to make a donation to the Guild, you would be helping us to further our shared objectives.
We can currently accept donations in three ways:
- send a cheque/check/international banking order, made payable to the ‘Guild of St George‘, to the Guild administrator, Martin Green, 35 Bromwich Rd, Sheffield, S8 0GF
- make a money transfer online from your UK bank account (to a/c no. 90023388,
sort-code 20-98-61)—or from non-UK accounts (to IBAN GB17BARC20986190023388 BIC/Swift: BARCGB22 - donate using PayPal to admin@guildofstgeorge.org.uk (if you categorise us a ‘friend’ and pay from your existing PayPal balance or transfer from your bank account, we receive every penny of your donation—no fees apply).
If you would like to donate in any of these ways, please download and complete the donations form, see link on right, and if relevant, the gift aid form, and return to the Guild.
