Join Companions Paul Evans, Juliette Losq, Julian Perry and Joanna Whittle alongside Judith Tucker, Chair of Contemporary British Painting and Senior Lecturer in the School of Design at Leeds University to hear more about their painting practices. Wednesday 4th October at 6.30pm (UK time) on zoom (link below).
Join Companions Paul Evans, Juliette Losq, Julian Perry and Joanna Whittle alongside Judith Tucker, Chair of Contemporary British Painting and Senior Lecturer in the School of Design at Leeds University to hear more about their painting practices.
This joint presentation represents a dialogue between the ideologies of Ruskin and those of contemporary British painters today whose work explores themes of landscape and environment in these times which unravel our place in the world more than ever.
Each painter will deliver a brief presentation of their work and the session will also allow for conversation and questions. In consideration of links between the Guild and Contemporary British Painting, the invitation to the talk will be extended to their members.
